Terms of Service
Last updated 11 October 2026These terms are an agreement between you and Keystone Intelligence Technologies Inc. ("we", "us"), covering the Jelly application and the service behind it. Installing or using Jelly means you accept them.
The beta
Jelly is in private beta. It is offered as-is, it will change, and it will sometimes be wrong. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn. We may end the beta or close the service with reasonable notice.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. You must be at least 16, and you must have the authority to run software that reads your screen on the machine you install it on. If that is a work machine, that is between you and your employer.
What you may not do
- Use Jelly to capture people's conversations where doing so is unlawful where you are.
- Use it to build a competing model, or to extract our prompts, models or internal design.
- Resell, sublicense or share your account.
- Work around the usage limits of your plan, or attempt to reach our providers other than through the app.
- Use it for anything illegal, or to harm or harass anyone.
Plans, limits and payment
Smart Jelly is sold as monthly or yearly plans with a monthly allowance for live conversation, meeting notes, reasoning and documents. Running an allowance down stops that one thing until the month resets; the rest of the app keeps working. Allowances and prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects you; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Fees are stated at the point of purchase, charged in advance through Stripe, and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy. Plans may also be granted at no charge, for a time or for good.
Your content
What Jelly captures is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to transmit the relevant excerpts to our model providers so they can be reasoned over, and to return the result to you. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that involves.
What Jelly produces
Jelly writes summaries, drafts and answers using AI models. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong.It is a tool for helping you keep track, not a record of fact, not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and not a substitute for reading the original. Check anything that matters before you act on it or send it.
Availability
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. It depends on third-party providers, and their outages are our outages.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for anything arising out of AI output you relied on. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using Jelly at any time and delete its data from your Mac yourself. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, your on-device memory remains yours and stays where it is, on your Mac.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
