These terms are an agreement between you and Keystone Intelligence Technologies Inc. ("we", "us"), covering the Jelly application and the service behind it. Installing or using Jelly means you accept them.
Jelly is in private beta. It is offered as-is, it will change, and it will sometimes be wrong. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn. We may end the beta or close the service with reasonable notice.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. You must be at least 16, and you must have the authority to run software that reads your screen on the machine you install it on — if that is a work machine, that is between you and your employer.
Jelly is sold as monthly plans with a monthly allowance for live conversation, meeting notes and reasoning. Running an allowance down stops that one thing until the month resets; the rest of the app keeps working. Allowances and prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects you.
During the beta, plans may be granted at no charge. When paid plans begin, fees are stated at the point of purchase, charged in advance, and are not refundable except where the law requires it.
What Jelly captures is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to transmit the relevant excerpts to our model providers so they can be reasoned over, and to return the result to you. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that involves.
Jelly writes summaries, drafts and answers using AI models. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong.It is a tool for helping you keep track, not a record of fact, not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and not a substitute for reading the original. Check anything that matters before you act on it or send it.
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. It depends on third-party providers, and their outages are our outages.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for anything arising out of AI output you relied on. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using Jelly at any time and delete its data from your Mac yourself. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, your on-device memory remains yours and stays where it is — on your Mac.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
