Fireflies covers
  • Meeting transcripts, summaries and analytics, by bot or desktop app.
  • Live Assist and Meeting Prep around your calls.
  • Email, through a connected Gmail or Outlook account.
  • Team tools: conversation intelligence, CRM sync, SSO.

An AI meeting assistant that transcribes, summarizes and analyzes team conversations. Built for teams in sales, recruiting and support.

Smart Jelly goes further
  • Reads the apps you choose from the screen (WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack, Mail) with nothing connected.
  • Draws on everything you know during a call, not only past meetings.
  • Closes what you owe on evidence, with the proof attached.
  • Keeps your memory on your Mac, encrypted.

A memory for your working life: formed on your Mac, kept on your Mac, handed back the moment you need it.

FAQ

Smart Jelly or Fireflies?

Still unsure? Write to us — a person replies.

hello@smartjelly.ai
Does Smart Jelly connect to my Gmail or Slack account?+

No. It reads what’s on your screen in the apps you choose, so there’s nothing to connect and no account access to revoke later.

Fireflies has Live Assist. How is Smart Jelly’s in-call help different?+

Its cards draw on your memory of everything, not only past meetings: what was said on WhatsApp last week, what you promised by email. It also answers general questions and suggests how to answer ones about your own work.

Does Smart Jelly have a free plan?+

Yes, there’s a free plan, with paid plans for heavier use.
