Stripe partnerships walked through moving Smart Jelly Pro billing onto Stripe Billing with usage meters. One question stayed open: whether annual plans can be prepaid in INR.

When is the 83(b) deadline for my Stripe Atlas shares?

Why that date

The IRS allows 30 days from the share purchase, with no extensions. Your Atlas documents show you bought 9,000,000 shares for $90 on 21 October.

What to do

1.Sign the form Atlas emailed on 22 October.

2.Mail it to the IRS by certified post. The postmark date counts.

Atlas can also file it for you. Opt in from your Atlas dashboard by 13 November.

Questions

Which apps does it read?

Only the apps and websites you allow. You can change the list any time in Settings › Privacy. Banking, crypto and password apps are never read.

Does it record my screen?

No. It reads the text in the apps you allow, the way screen readers do. It never records your screen.

Where does my data live?

In an encrypted database on your Mac. When you ask something, only the few lines it needs are sent to the AI, with passwords and card numbers taken out first.

Does dictation work in every app?

Yes, in any text box you can type in, including browsers and code editors. Hold fn and talk, then let go, and the words are typed.

Will it send emails or buy things without asking?

No. Emails, documents and slides wait until you press the button. Agents stop and ask before any payment, and card fields are hidden from the AI.

Is it really one subscription?

Yes. One plan covers chat, dictation, voice, meetings, documents and agents. Basic is free, each plan has a monthly allowance for each feature, and agents come with Plus and Pro.

Does it join my meetings as a bot?

No. Nothing joins the call or shows in the participant list. Smart Jelly runs on your Mac.

Can I use my own API key?

Yes. Add it in Settings and use Smart Jelly with no app limits.
