Does Wispr Flow work offline?
No. Wispr says transcription always happens in the cloud. Smart Jelly also transcribes in the cloud, but it doesn’t keep your audio, and the text stays on your Mac.
Is my dictation used to train models?
On Wispr’s Free and Pro plans it can be, unless you turn “Improve the model for everyone” off. Smart Jelly never uses your audio to train any model.
I use Windows or Android. Which should I pick?
Wispr Flow: Smart Jelly runs only on the Mac. On a Mac, Smart Jelly is the one that already knows the names in your chats, mail and meetings.
